What happens if I wish to leave earlier than my checkout date?

Please be aware that we do not refund monies for early departures. We suggest you take out travel insurance to cover any unexpected event that may change your holiday plans.

Can I book more than 12 months ahead?

No, we only take bookings 12 months ahead or less.

What time can I arrive?

You can arrive from 12 noon for Caravan Sites and 2pm for Cabin Accommodation. If you wish to arrive earlier this may be possible – please call Reception.

What are your office hours?

We are open 9am – 5pm (Winter) and 9am – 6pm (Summer)

What happens if I am arriving outside these hours?

If you wish to arrive outside these hours, please contact the office. If arriving after office hours we will arrange to have check-in information, park map and your key put in the outside safe, and the combination will be given to you when you call. Tween Waters does not accept arrivals outside office hours unless arranged prior.

We strongly discourage guests arriving very late, as it is disruptive to guests already in the park.

Can I put up a tent behind my cabin?

With all the services running behind the cabins, we cannot allow tent pegs to be put in the ground in these areas.

What can I put on my site?

Every caravan site will fit a car, caravan and annex. If you have an extra-long caravan, please contact Reception so we can allocate you a longer site. Each cabin or villa has one car parking space. Additional car parking is available in the reception car park.

Can I have visitors?

Absolutely! If your visitors are intending to use our facilities, they will need to register at the office and pay a $10.00 day visitor charge. They will receive a coloured wristband which will allow them to enjoy our facilities with you. However, we do ask that your visitors leave their cars outside the park.

Can I ride my bike in the park?

Yes, you can ride your bike in the park. Children from the age of 5 to 15 are required to get their bike licence. This is part of our WH&S policy which we take very seriously. They will be required to wear a helmet if they wish to ride.

Can I bring my skateboard?

Sorry, no skateboards are permitted in the park.

What time are the pools, Splash Pad and jumping pillow open?

The pools are solar heated and are open from the 1st September till the 30th April. The Splash Water Park and Jumping Pillow are open all year round.

The operating hours for the pool and Splash Pad and jumping pillow change with the seasons. Times are posted on the entry gates or ask at Reception.

Is there a life guard on duty in the pool area?

There is no lifeguard on duty in the pool area. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult.

Do I have to be careful with my valuables?

Yes. Please lock your car, accommodation and put away your belongings when unattended.

What if someone is trying to contact me while I am on holiday?

Mail and message notification will be sent to you via a text message. The mail is collected daily between 12 noon and 4pm.

Can I clean my fish in the park?

Please don’t clean your fish in the park it is messy and smelly. It’s best to clean them where you catch them.

Will I need a fishing licence?

Yes, you will need a fishing licence in NSW. Licences can be purchased from the service station on the corner before the park. Please remember to follow the fish lengths and bag limits.

Can I book a specific site or cabin?

We cannot guarantee you a particular site or cabin. You can request a particular site or cabin and we will do our best to keep you on that site. If you wish to re-book for the following year, however, you have first preference to re-book the same site. To secure the site for your next visit, the deposit must be paid before your departure.

Can my six-year-old sleep on the top bunk of bunk beds?

Children under the age of nine are not recommended to sleep on the top bunk, as they may be in danger of falling.
