What happens if I wish to leave earlier that my check out date?

Please be aware that we do not refund monies for early departures. We suggest you take out Travel Insurance to cover any unexpected event that  may change your holiday plans.

Can I book more than 12 months ahead?

No, we only take bookings 12 months and less ahead.

What time can I arrive?

You can arrive between the hours of 2pm and 6pm.

What happens if I am arriving outside these hours?

If you wish to arrive outside these hours please  contact the office. If arriving after office hours we will arrange to have check in information, park map and your key put in  the outside safe, the  combination will be given to you when you call. Tween Waters does not accept arrivals outside office hours unless prior arranged.

We strongly discourage guests arriving very late as it is a disruptive to guests already in the park.

Can I put up a tent behind my cabin?

With all the services running behind the cabins we cannot allow tent pegs to be put in the ground behind the cabins

What can I put on my site?

Every caravan site will fit a car, caravan and annex. If you have an extra-long caravan you please contact contact reception so we can allocate you a longer site. Each cabin or villa has one car parking space. Additional car parking is available in the reception car park.

Can I have visitors?

Absolutely, if your visitors are intending to use our facilities they will need to register at the office and pay a $10.00 day visitor charge. They will receive a coloured wristband and this will allow them to enjoy our facilities with you, we do ask that your visitors leave their cars outside the park.

Can I ride my bike in the park?

Yes, you can ride your bike in the park. Children from the age of 5 to 13 are required to get their bike licence. This is part of our OH&S policy which we take very seriously. They will be required to wear a helmet if they wish to ride.

Can I bring my skateboard?

Sorry, no  skate boards in the park

What time is the pools, splash pad and Jumping pillow open?

The pools are solar heated and are open from the 1st September till the 30th April. The Splash Water Park and Jumping Pillow is open all year round.

The operating hours for the pool change with the seasons. Times are posted on the pool entry gates.

The Splash pad opening hours will be from 10am till 6pm

The Jumping Pillow opening hours will be from 9am till 6pm

Is there a life guard on duty in the pool area?

There is no lifeguard on duty in the pool area. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult.

Do I have to be careful with my valuables?

Yes. please lock your car, accommodation and put away your belongings when unattended.

What if someone is trying to contact me while I am on holiday?

Mail and messages notification will be written up on the blackboard outside the office. The mail is collected  from 12 – 4pm.

Can I clean my fish in the park?

Please don’t clean your fish in the park it is messy and smelly. Best to clean them where you caught them.

Will I need a fishing licence?

Yes you will need a fishing licence in NSW. Licences can be purchased from the Service Station on the corner before the park. Please remember to follow the fish lengths and bag limits.

Can I book a particular site?

If I book a particular site or cabin will I be guaranteed to get that cabin?  We cannot guarantee you a particular site or cabin, you can request a particular site or cabin and we will do our best to keep you on that site. If you wish to re- book for following year you have first preference to re-book the same site, to secure site for next year, the deposit must be paid  before your departure.

Can I allow my 6 year on to sleep on the top bunk of bunk beds?

Children under the age of 9 years are not recommended to sleep on the top bunk. Children may be in danger of falling.
