Cancellation & Refund Policy Tween Waters reserve the right to cancel a booking if nessasary. If we cancel the booking, any deposits made will be refunded in full.

Low Season Deposit refunded (minus $10 booking fee) if notification is received before 9am on the day previous to scheduled arrival date. Mid Season Deposit refunded (minus $10 booking fee) if notification is received before 30 days previous to scheduled arrival date. If notification is NOT received before 30 days previous to scheduled arrival date, deposit refunded (minus $10 booking fee) ONLY if your cabin/site can be resold. Peak season Full refund less $10.00 given if notification given before 30th September. No refunds given if notified after 30th September. Please note peak season is from the 26/12 to 26/1 inclusive. If cancellation notification is not received and you do not arrive by 10am on the day after your scheduled arrival date your booking may be cancelled without refund. Tariffs are not refundable if you cut short your booked stay.
